The Practical Implementation of a Decentralized Public School System in North Dakota

A new decentralized public school system is being designed to compete with and replace the current state-controlled government school system in North Dakota.  Old ideas from Noah Webster (Founding Father of American Scholarship and Education), colonial America (one teacher per school, small tuition, parents control, no administrators), and the North Dakota Constitution (Christian context, teaching morals, but dropping its 10th plank of the Communist Manifesto).

Christians and non-Christians alike can unite on what is right and wrong (ethics) and take back the schools and North Dakota culture from the far left while maintaining the central role of public schools in the communities. The Ten Commandments contain the ethics that made American good and great and unified. That goodness and greatness and unity can return as we obey God rather than man, which requires knowing the difference!

This brief presentation at Sons of Liberty, with question-and-answer time, will not address the myriads of problems in the public schools but focus on how to implement the full theologically and pedagogically solid solution. The call to action will ask for participants with a broad range of skills, from writing and marketing to public school teachers and families ready to make the switch. We can all be on the cutting edge of an education reformation in North Dakota.
